Critical Reflection

Part 1..

  I choose 5 dimensions, first is destiny, it is mean situation if you are choose what you want to do in future or your parents . For example, if you want to have a job and you can or your family (parents) say no you should marry first. context mean describe your writing and if you write informal way or formal because some time you must to write in a formal way. And the expression means description your expressing and everything in your hart you can say it , you are reveal your feeling and conceal is the reverse mean of reveal. communication means if you direct with anyone and with your communicate or indirect . finally , the status if you want to find a job you achieved such as you have a bachelor degree and want to a manager or with help form your relative to be a manager by ( wasta ) means you ascribed the job  .

Part 2..

 And I learnt from my questionnaire results, when I want something or job I achieved without help (wasta), also in the accountability I like to do the work individually. In addition, I 'm a direct person and my decision making independents in my relationship not in the rules . also I'm a directive, I choose what I want. Also when I planning to do thing I care about the time more than people. I agree with this 6 dimension and don't want to change it,and it is a true. But there are some dimension i don't agree with them . such as , I reveal my expression I con't conceal it . and the outlook between traditions and the innovations also independents about what or with who I'm talking to. Also the relationship it is situational not a universal because I'm social personality, I sit a lot with my best friends or my relatives such as cousins.

Part 3..

I think my results will change after 5 years because there isn't person stay what is the same. If you growth your material, views growth with you and lot of think will change with you. And yes there are some dimension I want to change it like I want my decision making to independents in the rules but not on the all decision. And my task should be formal because in the future when I have a job and write to my boss my context in a formal way , but the dimension like status I don't what to change it because I can help my self in the whole time. Finally the growth because I think the material important in the life and the job. For example if  I 'm a manager and I have a company and I want some employee to work I should see what they can do after that there personality then take my decision .
